Your Key Responsibilities



Strategic Implementation



Collaborate with Managing Directors and the Marketing Manager to execute strategic marketing plans Roll out 360 campaigns that align with brand goals: email, social, content, paid, SEO Assist with market research, lead generation, and campaign rollouts

Data-Driven Execution



Use tools like Page Speed Insights Ahrefs, CSM to monitor and optimise digital performance A/B test ad copy, email campaigns, landing pages, and keyword targeting Present data-backed reports and insights to drive ROI and campaign improvements

Creative Content & Brand Consistency



Write and optimise engaging content for web, email, and social, always with conversion in mind Maintain tone and brand voice consistency across all platforms and brands Create digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite for campaigns and promotions

Project Management & Coordination



Manage multiple digital projects at once, multiple brands simultaneously Use ClickUp to stay organised and on track Collaborate with the wider team and support activities, events, and campaigns

What Youll Bring



Proven experience in digital marketing Strong SEO knowledge and understanding of CMS platforms (OpenCart is a plus) Confident in using analytics tools and presenting performance data Excellent written and verbal communication A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure Experience managing or supporting international campaigns
