Digital Marketing Executive - Northampton

Are you a creative, ambitious marketer looking to take your digital skills to the next level? We're seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our brand across social media, digital platforms, and live events. This isn't an entry-level role - we're looking for someone with experience, energy and a flair for creating content that captivates. This is a fully office based role.

Gtechniq is a manufacturer of advanced car, bike, marine and aviation care products. We are a fast-growing team based in Upper Heyford, Northamptonshire (off Junction 16 of the M1).

What you'll be doing:

Manage all social media platforms and our company website, ensuring content is timely, engaging and on-brand Collaborate with our in-house Videographer to create compelling videos and imagery that grab attention across digital channels Assist in designing both digital and printed marketing materials Plan, create, and distribute internal and external newsletters, tracking their performance and reporting on effectiveness Take the lead on event planning and organisation, including occasional weekend attendance at shows Work closely with the Head of Marketing on calendar planning to ensure all departmental requests are strategically scheduled and executed on time Monitor and analyse KPIs across social media channels to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives Assist with press release writing and distribution, and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and contractors Support with incoming enquiries via phone and email as needed.

What we're looking for:

4+ years' experience in a similar or related role - this is a mid-level position Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate as part of a team Outstanding written and verbal communication Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) Confident using all major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Proficiency in HubSpot

Desirable but not essential:

A passion or interest in bikes Experience with WordPress, Rival IQ and SharePoint Video editing experience Good working knowledge of AI tools
