We are now recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Business Development Team.
Focusing on all things digital, the role hole holder will be responsible for the firm's digital marketing offering including social media, content creation and support with website management. The role will also involve assisting with our renowned events and internal initiatives whilst supporting the wider Marketing and Business Development Team and firm with brand implementation and consistency.
Main duties and ideal candidate
Main duties for this position will include:
Responsible for all social media accounts including content creation for both a client and employer brand perspective, management of posts and data analytics and responsible for the social marketing calendar.
Day to day maintenance of the company website including creating new content and updating existing content such as staff profiles, articles, events and our careers page.
Reporting on analytics and insights from various platforms, including Google and social media channels.
Writing engaging articles to showcase our new joiners, length of service awards, events and supporting our lawyers with their article content.
Support with PPC campaigns including liaising with external partners and then reporting on the effectiveness of the campaign.
Monitoring, maintenance and reporting on the firms Review process including the use of review platforms such as Review Solicitors and Google Reviews.
Assisting on the Employmentor brand including the website, memberships and social media content creation.
Ensuring the brand is consistent across the firm including creating tender documents and any other internal or external documents.
Support the Business Development and Marketing Manager with the delivery of the digital strategy.
Provide branding and support for events including signage, invitations, styling as well as copy for invitation email and general event communications both internal and external.
Attending firm events to capture and document content for use across social media and other marketing channels.
Other tasks include liaising with external partners on press releases, providing printed marketing materials for events (internal and external) and providing marketing information, feedback and support when required to the management team for firm wide initiatives.
Previous experience in a similar role within the legal industry or professional services would be desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Proficiency in Adobe Design, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator;
Impeccable attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills and a professional client facing attitude;
The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure; and
Strong organisation and time management skills.

The working hours for this post would be 35 hours per week, working within the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm, however given the nature of the role, there will be instances where the role holder will need to support with events and other initiatives outside of these hours on evenings and weekends.
