About the Role



We're looking for a results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

with strong SEO and PPC knowledge to help us grow online visibility, traffic, and conversions at

OrderUniform.co.uk

and supporting businesses. You'll be key to supporting and executing our digital campaigns across search engines, paid social, and content marketing.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident with data, comfortable with paid platforms, and passionate about performance marketing. Working from our Swansea based Site, you'll collaborate closely with our in-house team to build smart campaigns that deliver results.

What You'll Be Doing



Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)



Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns to drive qualified traffic and leads Continuously monitor and improve performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Work with creatives to design impactful visuals and messaging Carry out A/B testing to refine targeting, copy, and creative Keep campaigns efficient, on-budget, and conversion-focused

Search Engine Optimisation



Research keywords and competitors to identify content opportunities Optimise website content for search intent and technical performance Run regular SEO audits to identify and resolve on-site issues Support blog and page optimisation to improve organic rankings and visibility

Performance & Reporting



Track and analyse key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.) Use tools like

GA4, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager

to report on performance Share insights and recommendations to drive ongoing improvements Contribute to marketing reports that show impact and guide future planning

Content Support & Collaboration



Work with the wider marketing team to ensure SEO and PPC align with content strategy Help produce engaging landing pages and campaigns with measurable outcomes Support multi-channel marketing efforts including email and website UX updates

Innovation & Growth



Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, SEO changes, and new tools Test emerging platforms and formats (e.g. Performance Max, AI-driven content tools) Bring new ideas to the table that can drive efficiency or growth

What We're Looking For



1-2 years' experience in digital marketing or a similar role Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Surfer SEO, or Screaming Frog A good grasp of digital performance metrics and reporting tools Comfortable with campaign tracking, UTM tags, and basic GA4/Tag Manager setup Organised, proactive, and keen to learn

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)



Copywriting experience for web or social media Experience managing budgets or reporting to clients or internal stakeholders Understanding of lead funnels, CRO, or UX writing Previous involvement in commercial or e-commerce environments
