The Role
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned campaigns across our digital channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising activity in-house, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimise
PPC and Performance Max campaigns
to drive high-quality leads and sales.
Collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Manager to develop the SEO strategy and execution, delivering measurable improvements in search visibility and ranking performance.
Deliver targeted
email marketing
campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Use analytics tools to monitor performance, report on KPIs, and continuously improve ROI.
Manage and execute marketing initiatives directly, and provide mentorship to the Marketing Executive where applicable.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in PPC/Performance Max, SEO, and digital campaign optimisation.
Confident using analytics to measure and improve performance.
Able to creatively adapt and refine brand-supplied content for digital marketing channels.
Proven ability to oversee multiple campaigns on a quarterly schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Results-driven with a natural marketing and sales mindset, focused on delivering impact and growth.
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and consistently shows a positive, can-do attitude.
Collaborative and approachable, able to build strong working relationships across teams.
Resilient and adaptable, thriving when juggling multiple priorities and challenges.
Marketing Platforms
You will work with a variety of marketing and project management platforms to deliver effective campaigns, including:
Google Ads and Performance Max for PPC campaign management
Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to track and optimise performance
Google My Business (GMB) to manage and enhance our local search presence
Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar for targeted campaigns
Social media scheduling tools (SEMrush) to plan and manage content across multiple channels
Project management software to organise tasks, timelines, and collaboration
Adobe Express for quick content creation and design adaptations
Brand portals for accessing approved assets and guidelines from our automotive partners
Experience with these platforms is highly desirable.
