The Role



We are looking for a creative and proactive

Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media & Content Design Lead)

to manage our social media activity and support the development of visually engaging marketing materials across all brands within the group.

This blended role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and graphic design. Alongside leading our social media output, you will help produce brochures, leaflets, data sheets, case study layouts, website graphics, and a wide range of design assets that showcase our work.

Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, you will contribute ideas, support campaigns, and help shape the visual identity of a growing, multi-brand marketing function.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Leadership



Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content for all group brands. Develop and deliver a coordinated social media strategy aligned with wider marketing goals. Create engaging posts, graphics, stories, and videos suited to each platform and audience. Monitor channels, respond to comments and enquiries, and build positive community engagement. Track performance and produce monthly analytics reports.

Graphic Design & Content Creation



Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including: Brochures and catalogues Leaflets and promotional materials Case study layouts and templates Website banners and digital graphics Event materials, presentations, and printed collateral Icons, illustrations, diagrams, and branded templates Maintain strong visual consistency across all brands within the group. Support the development of technical documents such as data sheets and product PDFs. Contribute creative ideas to elevate brand presentation and user experience across print and digital content.

Content Gathering & Project Support



Attend site visits to gather photos, videos, and stories showcasing completed projects. Work with external photography and drone partners to capture high-quality imagery. Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to support campaigns and strategic projects. Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and evolving design styles.

About You



Experience managing social media channels for a business or organisation. Strong visual design skills and an ability to produce professional, brand-aligned content. Proficient in using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop),

or equivalent tools

. Skilled in layout design for brochures, catalogues, case studies, and other marketing assets. Excellent written communication and close attention to detail. Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines. Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to bring new ideas to a growing team. A degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a similar field is preferred but not essential.
