Digital Marketing Executive (Part-Time, Fixed Term)

Stevenage, Hertfordshire (Hybrid / Flexible)

Salary

25,396 per annum (full-time equivalent, based on 37.5 hours per week)

Pro-rated to 15 hours per week, minimum wage

6-month Fixed Term Contract, with huge opportunity to extend and grow.

The Role

We're looking for a

scrappy, hands-on digital marketing generalist

to take charge of our marketing and help us grow. You'll be given plenty of freedom to try new ideas, and you'll have a direct line to the business owner to make things happen quickly.

Hours:

15 hours per week, flexible to suit your life Options could include: 3 days/week, 10:00-14:30 (including lunch), or Spread over shorter daily shifts (e.g. 3 hours/day) We encourage at least 3 days in the office (Hertfordshire), with flexibility during school holidays

What You'll Do

Manage and grow our social media channels (content planning, posting, engagement) Support Google Ads / PPC campaigns (setup, optimisation, reporting) Implement and improve SEO strategies to increase visibility Create and edit content for websites, blogs, and newsletters Monitor website traffic and performance (Google Analytics & similar tools) Work with our team to shape and deliver exciting marketing campaigns Bring fresh ideas to the table to help us grow!

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in digital marketing (social, SEO, Google Ads, content) Creative, proactive, and eager to make a difference in a growing company Comfortable juggling multiple projects and brands Flexible, fun, and able to work independently Excited about joining a business where you'll have a real impact
