About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to

lead and grow a new digital marketing company specialising in the dental and medical fields

.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a marketing team from the ground up, supported by a group of dentists with

over 30 years of combined experience

and an established network of dental practices. You will start by developing and executing campaigns for these in-house practices and then scale the business to serve additional clinics and healthcare providers.

You will have direct access to clinical expertise and guidance to ensure all marketing strategies are accurate, compliant, and effective in driving patient growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies

to attract and retain patients for dental and medical practices. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across

Google Ads

,

Facebook

, and

Instagram

. Build and lead a team of marketers, designers, and content creators as the company grows. Collaborate closely with the founding dentists to ensure all campaigns align with clinical goals and industry regulations. Manage budgets, forecasts, and campaign KPIs to deliver strong ROI. Oversee website optimization, SEO, landing page development, and conversion tracking. Establish efficient processes and workflows to support client acquisition and service delivery. Stay current on platform updates, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in digital healthcare marketing.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing

, ideally with exposure to healthcare, dental, or medical marketing. Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms. Strong analytical and strategic skills, with experience reporting on campaign performance and ROI. Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, with a track record of building or managing teams. Understanding of advertising regulations and compliance considerations in healthcare is preferred. Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
