Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive role is responsible for growing our online sales through digital marketing channels, analytics tools and web platforms.

The main duties of this role include:



Through collaboration with internal and external colleagues you will take responsibility for managing, optimising and growing our PPC channels on Google and Microsoft. You will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure our website is up to date through merchandising, content updates and product updates, executing A/B testing on an ongoing basis. You will look at design elements, new features and copy. Through collaboration with internal and external colleagues you will take responsibility for growing our SEO activities and the organic sales that come from this. This includes conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing to optimise performance across multiple channels and the implementation of a well-researched SEO strategy. You will regularly provide insightful and strategic reports and analysis on the digital and website channels to the Marketing Manager and Senior Leadership Team to ensure continuous improvement. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies, freelancers, and industry experts, to expand the company's reach and enhance its digital marketing efforts

Additional duties of this role include:



You will collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You will stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the company's digital marketing strategies and tactics. You will be at the forefront of our AI-led transformation, driving the business forward through the clever and targeted application of artificial intelligence (AI); working closely with our in-house development team and senior leaders to accelerate growth and improve efficiency across both the marketing function and the wider organisation.

The key requirements for this role are:



A passion for all things digital Proven experience in growing digital channels especially PPC and SEO Proven experience in creating informative reports on digital channels Strong problem solving skills and communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a small team Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Previous ecommerce experience is desirable but not essential Previous use of, and knowledge of, AI is desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
