The role of Digital Marketing Executive for Epwin Window Systems is to lead the development, optimisation, and performance of the company's digital platforms, including customer-facing websites and campaign landing pages. This includes planning and building new sites, maintaining existing ones, and enhancing user experience and conversion rates across B2B and B2C audiences. The role also supports digital campaign execution and performance tracking, contributing to the delivery of engaging content and measurable value across the construction and fenestration sectors in which the business operates.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead Website Development: Plan, design, and manage the build of new websites from concept to launch, ensuring they meet business and customer requirements.
Website Management: Maintain and optimise existing websites in PHP, CSS, HTML & Javascript, ensuring they remain up-to-date, secure, and aligned with brand and performance goals.
Conversion Rate Optimisation: Analyse user behaviour and site performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and user journeys.
Landing Page Creation & Tracking: Build targeted landing pages and implement tracking to support lead generation and campaign performance.
Digital Campaign Support: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support digital campaigns through landing page creation, tracking setup, and performance reporting.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communications with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness of progress, issues, risks and action items
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
The successful candidate would have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Web Developer / Design role preferably with a relevant web based degree or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated success in building, testing and consulting on responsive websites
Experience in developing and managing websites using platforms such as WordPress.
Good understanding of UX principles and CRO techniques.
Experience in planning, developing, and executing traffic building campaigns to both B2C and B2B audiences
Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to monitor and improve site performance.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Good experience in front-end technologies including HTML & CSS
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, for web design and asset creation.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques, including on-page optimisation and technical SEO.
Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
Experience of CRMs for example Zoho / HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
Experience of WordPress.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush.
Understanding of accessibility and mobile optimisation standards.
A passion for creativity aligned to generating engaging digital content
General marketing experience is desirable
Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing across both B2B and B2C sectors.
