We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. All About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive setting and is eager to grow within the digital space. With a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, you'll be comfortable managing paid media campaigns, supporting ecommerce tasks, and contributing to CRM initiatives. You'll be commercially aware, curious, and always looking for ways to innovate, especially when it comes to using AI tools to enhance performance. Most importantly, you'll be a team player who communicates openly and works collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs with actionable insights
Support ecommerce operations including product uploads, merchandising, and promotions
Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and flows
Manage CRM data and customer segmentation
Maintain campaign calendars to align paid, CRM, and ecommerce activities
Brief and coordinate visual assets with the Graphic Design team
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital activity aligns with business goals
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
Leverage AI tools to support campaign planning and content creation
Assist with testing and QA of digital tracking and site functionality
Remain informed on all relevant risk assessment and H&S measures in place.
Adhere to all H&S policies relevant to their role and department.
Experience, Requirements & Attributes
You'll have experience managing or assisting with paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta, and a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing fundamentals. Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is important, along with strong Excel and analytical skills. You'll be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and ideally have experience with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics 4. A background in retail or lifestyle brands, knowledge of SEO, and an interest in AI-powered marketing tools would be a bonus.
You'll be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and adaptable to change. You'll embrace innovation, enjoy working collaboratively, and be excited to contribute to a growing digital team.
