We're a UK company that manufactures and distributes a range of products to the food service industry and have been creating and supplying quality products for over 25 years. IBC is a family-run business, with father and son at the helm, supported by their fantastic teams. We operate across three sites, including our factory, March Foods, based in Cambridgeshire, our head office in Hertfordshire, and our warehouse in Essex.

Role overview



We're on the lookout for a strategic, creative, organised, and digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to lead the charge across our social media, content, and marketplace platforms. You'll be at the heart of our brand voice--whether that's crafting a killer TikTok, optimising our product listings, or turning insights into campaigns that convert.

We have big aspirations for the next 3 years, you'll be responsible for implementing our digital strategy and working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales through our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Digital strategy & executio

n

You will be responsible for implementing the digital strategy across multiple platforms from our own website to marketplaces and social. From driving new ideas to keep up with both digital, social and consumer trends to ensuring consistency and accuracy, all while drive traffic and sales.

Marketplace management



Own our digital shop windows Ensure our product listings are fresh, on-brand, and optimised for search Work with Ops to make sure our bestsellers stay in stock and in demand Work closely with the Marketing Executive to align Amazon marketplace execution with broader digital strategy

Community Building



Build active and engaged communities across social platforms Spark conversation, share inspiration, and get to know our audience

Insights & analytics



Dive into the data and report on what's working (and what's not) Help us make smart, creative, and ROI-driven decisions Provide monthly reports and recommendations to the wider team Stay ahead of the trends and help guide the team with regular updates on what's hot and what's next Feed your insights into product launches and campaign planning

Content creation & campaigns



Create blogs, emails and downloadable content that drive traffic and engagement Develop content for product launches, campaigns and evergreen marketing Brief designers, work with agencies, and manage shoot days (photo/video)

Social Media & UGC



Content planning across multiple platforms, driving engagement and regularly reviewing metrics to develop our strategy continuously. Build a social presence that's not just active, but magnetic Create and manage real content from our fans and customers Showcase the best of what our community creates and build buzz in return

Photography & video content



Bring our products to life through content shoots and video production Create trend-led TikToks, how-to videos, and product visuals that people can't scroll past Work closely with the broader team to nail both brand and sales-focused content
All-Round Marketing Support

Pitch in across the board--from trade shows to packaging projects and exciting new launches

Key Skills & Experience Required



You're a well-rounded marketer with digital know-how and a flair for turning great ideas into even better results. Ideally, you'll bring 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B or food & drink environment

Experience managing digital agencies--briefing, reviewing, and pushing creative to perform Confidence handling digital advertising budgets, ensuring spend drives impact and ROI A proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital campaigns across social media, content, and marketplaces Hands-on experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop, and a knack for creating content that stops the scroll Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working seamlessly with sales, ops, design, and external partners A head for data and performance, using insights to optimise campaigns and measure success (GA4, hubspot are a few of the systems we use). A creative, proactive mindset, with strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail Top-notch written and verbal communication skills - whether you're briefing a designer, writing a killer caption, or reporting to the leadership team
