Job Summary
and key responsibilities
You will support digital marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C property brands. You'll be hands-on, data-focused, and comfortable working across channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email, automation, and CRO.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to deliver campaigns that generate leads, improve engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Delivery
Collaborate with, coordinate and orchestrate relevant agencies on paid search campaigns
Manage organic and paid social campaigns
Collaborate with external agencies to brief, launch and optimise campaign activity
Help create landing pages to support lead generation across campaigns.
Track, analyse, and report performance data across all channels
SEO
Support content updates, keyword research, and technical audits across multiple sites.
Work with our agency to improve rankings, reduce bounce rates, and grow traffic.
Website Management
Manage and update multiple brand websites (B2B and B2C) with the help of our web agency.
Work with the agencies to implement content and CRO improvements.
Monitor site health and flag issues that affect performance.
Email & Automation
Build and manage customer journeys using HubSpot workflows.
Segment lists, test subject lines, and optimise click-through and open rates.
Create lead nurturing flows to improve conversion rates over time.
Content & Social
Work with our content manager and brand managers to take content and repurpose it across blog, email, and social media.
Schedule and post across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and feed insights back to the team.
CRO
Review form performance, conversion paths and heatmaps to spot friction.
Suggest and test changes to improve lead quality and conversion.
General
Support branches and internal teams with digital materials and training
Respond to ad hoc marketing requests quickly and accurately.
Work with external partners to meet tight deadlines and campaign goals.
What are we looking for:
3+ years' experience in a digital or general marketing role.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Comfortable working across multiple brands at once.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using data to drive decisions.
A proactive, get-things-done mindset.
Nice to have:
Experience in property or service industries.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.
A degree in marketing or CIM qualification.
