With roots in UX, development, and WordPress web design, we've expanded our services to deliver strategic, results-driven digital marketing that's powering growth across B2B and B2C sectors. We work with a select group of long-term clients, embracing their businesses to achieve genuine impact.

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Expert to lead the growth of our SEO, PPC, and Content through both strategy and execution. You'll work directly with our Managing Director and small, agile team to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI through continuous optimisation and campaign leadership.

Key Responsibilities



SEO and Organic Growth



Website Audits:

Run full technical, content, and UX SEO audits using SEMrush, PageSpeed Insights, Google Search Console, and keyword analysis tools.

Technical SEO Fixes:

Address key issues including broken links, duplicate content, poor internal linking, orphaned pages, crawl errors, and HSTS support.

On-Page SEO:

Optimise H1s, meta tags, headings, alt text, and content using high-priority pages using keyword research and UX best practice.

Off-Page SEO Setup & Link-Building:

Review and improve backlink profiles, improve domain authority and build high-quality directory and industry-specific linking strategies.

Strategy & Ongoing Optimisation:

Use keyword tools, measure trends, and search intent as well as website data to refine campaigns.

PPC Paid Campaign Management



Account Audits & Budget Reviews:

Evaluate performance, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion data to refine strategy and cut waste.

Keyword Optimisation & Expansion:

Pause underperformers, add high-intent keywords from search terms, and manage negative keyword lists.

Campaign & Ad Group Performance:

Ensure campaigns are structured for relevance, intent, and quality, and continuously optimise ads and audiences.

Landing Page Performance:

Ensure PPC landing pages are optimised for conversions, speed, content quality, keyword presence, and UX.

Conversion Tracking & Reporting:

Set up tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4, and work with partners to validate data integrity.

Content



Competitor Benchmarking:

Analyse top competitors' content strategy, audience targeting, and engagement.

Content Planning & Scheduling:

Develop content calendars and manage scheduling for content, trafficing between designers/content authors as needed.

Content Creation:

Produce content based on messaging, imagery, and tone for platform-specific formats including carousels, reels, and promotional content.

Performance Monitoring:

Track engagement, reach, and growth KPIs, report on trends, and adjust content mix accordingly.

Strategy, Process & Collaboration



Strategic Campaign Planning:

Plan integrated campaigns around exciting brands and their products and services, pulling together SEO, PPC, and Content into a conversion busting package with scope for scale.

Process Management:

Maintain marketing boards for clients and campaigns to ensure all tasks are tracked, reporting, and delivered on schedule.

Client Communication:

Set clear expectations, translate complex metrics into actionable insight, and build trusted relationships based on transparency and results.

Reporting:

Deliver monthly reports outlining SEO rankings, paid ad performance, and content engagement with tailored recommendations.

What You'll Bring



3+ years in hands-on digital marketing roles (agency experience preferred). Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and social media management. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager, GSC, and GA4 Experience working with WordPress, with an eye for SEO and conversion best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex data into clear insights. Strategic thinking with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and a passion for learning and optimisation.

Would be great to also see:



Google Ads Certification Experience in UX, CRO or A/B testing Insights into specific industries you've worked with
