About the Role
We are looking for a driven, creative, and technically minded
Marketing & Growth Manager
to take ownership of our digital presence and campaign performance.
This is a hands-on role blending
strategy, execution, and innovation
. You will manage our social platforms, run and optimise campaigns across Google and Meta, work closely with external agencies, and actively test new ideas -- including AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
You'll play a key role in scaling the brand, increasing customer acquisition, and building a best-in-class marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Brand Growth
Own and manage all social media platforms (content direction, posting, engagement, and growth).
Develop platform-specific strategies for organic and paid social.
Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and performance reporting.
Paid Media & Campaign Management
Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
.
Test new audiences, creatives, funnels, and landing experiences.
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, A/B tests, etc).
Agency & Partner Management
Act as the main point of contact for external marketing agencies, freelancers, and creators.
Set objectives, review performance, and ensure work aligns with business goals.
Challenge agencies with ideas, insights, and data-driven direction.
Technical & Innovation Focus
Use and experiment with
AI tools
for content, automation, data analysis, and creative testing.
Support website, landing page, and funnel optimisation.
Strategy & Growth
Identify new channels, growth opportunities, and partnerships.
Build scalable marketing processes and campaign frameworks.
Continuously test, learn, and iterate to drive growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in
digital marketing
management with a strong understanding of
SEO optimisation techniques
and
B2B marketing strategies
.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Meta Ads and Google Ads
.
Excellent
organisational
skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects
simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing teams or external agencies effectively.
Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms.
Effective time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. This role provides an excellent platform for a motivated individual eager to shape innovative digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results within a collaborative environment.
Highly Desirable
Coding or technical ability
(HTML, CSS, JS, tracking, automation, or similar).
Experience using
