Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Ampa, you will lead the strategic development and day-to-day execution of digital marketing across a diverse group of legal and professional services brands. This role is central to driving measurable growth and engagement across B2B and B2C channels.
You will oversee digital performance across email marketing, websites, online advertising, and automation, while acting as product owner for the firm's CRM and marketing platforms.
As a senior member of the Marketing and Business Development team, you will play a key role in shaping our digital maturity, reinforcing our culture, and delivering consistent brand experiences
What you will be doing:
Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with Ampa's overarching marketing and business development goals.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for digital growth, innovation, and audience engagement.
  • Develop integrated campaigns using SEO, PPC, paid social, and display to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Website & UX
  • Lead the UX strategy, development roadmap, and optimisation for all group websites.
  • Manage website performance and continuous improvement based on CRO and SEO insights.
  • Oversee external SEO and PPC agency relationships and ensure their campaigns deliver ROI.
Team Leadership
  • Line manage a team of seven digital specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Set clear goals and priorities, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
Performance & Analytics
  • Use data-driven insights, A/B testing, and user behaviour analysis to optimise performance across all digital channels.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Act as product owner for the CRM and marketing automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Create and manage roadmaps for development, adoption, and best practice usage.
Email Marketing & Client Communications
  • Lead on the creation, testing, and optimisation of email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with strategic brand positioning.
External Reviews
  • Lead the groups external review strategy across Feefo, Trustpilot and google ensuring high scoring is maintained and engagement with the business is positive and proactive.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance
  • Champion digital best practices across all brands, working closely with content, PR, design, and product teams.
  • Manage digital budgets, allocate spend effectively, monitor and report on ROI.
What you will need:
  • External agency management including selection, briefing and ongoing day to day management
  • Keeps up to date with best practice especially in sector
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, ideally within professional or legal services.
  • Proven success in managing high-performing digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, and display.
  • Strong experience in website development, UX optimisation, CRO, and technical SEO.
  • Analytical mindset with deep experience in using tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Experience in managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident team leader with experience developing team members and managing workloads across multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with tools including WordPress, AdWords, Canva, MS Office, and email marketing platforms.
  • Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Marketing Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Robust eye for web design. Can conceptualise new ideas at a much higher standard.
  • Solid experience with Google AdWords. Demonstratable results and high budgets and Complex targeting methods.
  • Display advertising, specifically closed network and programmatic
  • More advanced analytical skills and how to translate it to understandable insights
  • Multichannel campaign management and attribution modelling
  • More advanced web technologies such as CDNs
  • Experience in website testing principles
