From large-scale brand awareness campaigns to targeted performance-driven projects, our work spans a diverse mix of clients and digital channels -- and we're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can help take our results to the next level.

Based in Birmingham, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering digital campaigns that make a measurable impact. You'll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and a range of clients to plan, refine, and execute activity across paid media, SEO, email, and content.

Key Responsibilities



As a

Digital Marketing Manager

, you will be responsible for:

Developing and managing multi-channel digital strategies, including paid media, SEO, social, email, and content marketing Planning campaign calendars and ensuring all activity aligns with brand and business priorities Overseeing website performance, UX improvements, and regular content updates Monitoring digital KPIs and producing weekly and monthly performance reports Managing digital advertising budgets and optimising spend across platforms Leading SEO initiatives such as keyword planning, content optimisation, and on-page improvements Coordinating work with agencies, freelancers, and internal creative teams Creating targeted email campaigns and automated workflows to drive engagement and retention Identifying opportunities to grow reach, improve engagement, and strengthen brand visibility Ensuring all digital outputs meet brand guidelines and industry best practices Staying up to date with platform changes, digital trends, and emerging tools

What We're Looking For



You'll be a strong candidate if you have:

3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role Demonstrable experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Strong knowledge of SEO principles, analytics, and reporting Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CMS platforms Experience in creating content for social media and email channels Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills The ability to analyse data, spot trends, and clearly communicate insights A highly organised approach and confidence managing multiple projects A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience

Desirable:



Experience with automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Basic design or video-editing capabilities Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
