Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, implementation, and optimisation of paid media and digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a key position within our growing team and offers room for progression and leadership.

Duties

Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Local Ads Analyse performance and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc. Manage client budgets and recommend effective media strategies Optimise landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead generation systems Oversee organic channels where required (SEO, email, content) Communicate campaign insights and results to clients and stakeholders Stay current on digital trends, tools, and platform changes

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) or CRM automation tools Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications Background in B2B or service-led industries

Desirable

5+ years' experience in digital marketing or paid media (agency or in-house) Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance metrics Proven track record in campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad platforms Excellent communication, reporting, and client-facing skills Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working to performance targets
