My client is an innovative Fintech scale-up that helps businesses streamline their payments and point-of-sale operations. As they grow, they are looking for their first in-house Marketing hire - someone who can take ownership of lead generation, build the brand presence, and drive the strategy for all marketing activity.

Role Overview:

They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to define and implement their marketing strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and positioning them as the go-to solution for their target market. This role combines inbound and outbound marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO, content, and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive B2B lead generation. Manage and optimise inbound channels including SEO, content marketing, Google Ads, and social media. Plan and run outbound campaigns such as email marketing, events, and partnerships. Implement systems to track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI. Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing campaigns with revenue objectives. Build brand awareness and establish positioning in the market. Test, iterate, and optimise campaigns to continually improve lead quality and conversion. Manage marketing budgets and external agencies/partners as required.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Fintech, Payments or EPOS Hands-on experience running both inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced start-up environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and paid digital channels.
