Background





The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for
leading digital strategies to enhance the firm's brand profile,
boost website traffic, and increase lead generation.



The ideal candidate will have proven digital
marketing experience within a legal or professional services
environment.


The
role



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement digital marketing
strategies designed to boost the firm brand profile, increase
website traffic, and generate leads across multiple online
channels.



Optimise campaign and content marketing, email
campaigns, SEO, PPC and paid social media to enhance brand
awareness and lead conversion.



Analyse marketing trends and campaign performance
to refine strategies and reporting insights to senior
stakeholders.



Work closely with fee earners and the wider BD
& Marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with
the firm's overall objectives.



Assume line management responsibility for a
digital marketing executive, working closely with the internal
website steering group, as well as an external website agency on
ad hoc projects.



Regularly review and update digital processes to
maintain compliance and ensure all digital initiatives adhere to
legal and regulatory standards.


Skills & Qualifications





Experience in digital marketing and a proven
track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns ideally
within the legal or professional services arena.



Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies
(SEO, paid search, paid social media, display ads and CRM).



Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Zoho, and
marketing automation systems is an advantage.



Experience of video creation and content
production is also an advantage in this role.
