Position Overview:



As a Digital Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with a comprehensive skill set spanning strategy creation, web design, graphic design, videography, SEO, Google Ads, and social media management, preparing for and attending conferences around the world to showcase our latest technology.

Responsibilities:



Clearly Understand The Technology


Be prepared to go through a challenging learning curve to understand our niche technology in a way to convey our USP's to our customers.

Web Design:


Develop and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized for performance.

Graphic Design:


Create captivating visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and marketing collateral.Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and resonate with the target audience.

Videography:


Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various digital platforms, including product demos, tutorials, and promotional content. Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance video production processes.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):


Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.

Google Ads:


Design and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management:


Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create and curate content, schedule posts, and engage with the online community to foster a positive brand image.

Conferences and Exhibitions


Choose the best conferences to attend around the world, organise flights, hotels and equipment to bring.

Qualifications:



Degree level education and experience in marketing with a focus on industrial technology. Proven web design, graphic design, videography, SEO, Google Ads, and social media. Proficiency in relevant tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing successful SEO strategies. Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable multimedia content. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
