Electech Installations is a growing renewable energy company, specialising in Solar PV system design and installation. We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our online presence and drive customer growth through smart, data-driven campaigns.

About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate leads, build brand awareness, and maximise return on ad spend. You'll be hands-on with campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, while also managing our overall digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Create, implement, and optimise a digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Manage and run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end. Create eye catching ads using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop Monitor performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Constantly test, refine, and improve ad targeting, creative, and conversion rates. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid ads, website performance, SEO, email campaigns, and social media. Collaborate with the management team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in lead generation for B2C services. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar Strong hands-on skills with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. Track record of driving measurable results through paid campaigns. Confident in analysing performance data and producing actionable reports. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media management. Self-starter, highly organised, and results-driven.
