We're looking for a growth obsessed individual that is looking for extreme levels of career progression in the field of Digital Marketing. This individual must already have has strong digital creativity skills to manage the development of creative digital ads / organic content. The content that they will be producing will be for an audience of property investors who are looking to either buy or sell investment properties primarily for their retirement.

The successful candidate must also have strong detail orientation to analyse large amounts of data through an Ad Account and analyse the success of leads that they generate for the business.

Let Property is the UK's fastest-growing investment property sales agency, but we don't operate like a typical high street estate agent. Instead, we've built a tech-enabled platform that makes buying and selling tenanted properties as straightforward as possible - our mission is to make investment property sales as easy as trading stocks.

The person who is selected for this position is going to benefit from learning the marketing skills from a multi 7 figure marketer and be part of a business that has completely dominated the property market since 2021 to transact over 1Bn of UK Investment Property. The caveat to this position is that there won't be much work life balance, so if that is what you are looking for then this position is definitely not for you.

With the type of people you are working with, this won't just be a job, it'll become a lifestyle. The successful candidate may receive random phone calls at 7pm from your boss you're not only going to pick it up, but you're going to be excited to talk about marketing for 2 hours.

This isn't just like any media buying position, it's an opportunity to actually understand how marketing actually fits into large scale and fast growing organisation.

This is the type of role that will grow arms and legs in terms of career progression, if you are good then you can expect growth into all aspects of the business as Let Property is looking to grow into a 100m per year revenue company over the next 3-5 years.

Key responsibilities:

? ?The primary role involves running / managing our paid and organic social media campaigns and creating new advertising material on an ongoing basis.

? ?Writing copy for ads, landing pages and script writing for videos.

? ?Managing over 100k per month in Ad spend for an existing successful offer / company.

? ?Review the Ad Account(s) on a daily basis to ensure that lead generation is tracking to target.

? ?Managing an actor, editors and other remote members of the team which assist with the marketing.

? ?Reporting ad results and working directly with Gary the CEO who previously sold a digital marketing company for over 2m.

? ?Constantly having a mindset of learning about the latest cutting edge in digital marketing.

? ?Being involved in business trips to learn marketing that will take you around the world.

Pros:

? ?Already has strong digital creative production skills with a few years of experience in this area.

? ?Basic technical web design / development skills for editing funnels / web pages.

? ?Strong copywriting knowledge with a basic understanding about how words can sell.

? ?Previously worked with Meta Ads.

? ?Excited about how AI can be used in online marketing for strategy / making creatives.
