We were established in 2014 as a family business and have grown over the last decade to become Scotland's leading energy efficiency installer. Head quartered in Irvine, Ayrshire and operating exclusively in Scotland, we aspire to grow into the largest retrofit installer.

Gaining significant investment in the business in 2020 has allowed the business to drive growth, becoming the go-to trusted and reliable retrofit installer in Scotland. We install energy efficient measures in domestic properties, such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charge Points and Insulation. Governed by our core values and mission statement, we aspire to create a zero-carbon fuel wealthy world. The company have large volumes of funding in place to deliver ECO/ GBIS projects in Scotland, partnering with 18 Scottish local authorities.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take responsibility of various digital marketing functions including SER, PPC, paid media, social media content, mailshots, website functionality and general marketing campaigns.

Our focus is to drive engagement by increasing our visibility and profitability. This is an autonomous position for the right individual looking to drive brand awareness, directly increase leads and profitability through marketing strategies and work closely with our team to develop our business.

Reporting directly to our Commercial Director with control of an attractive marketing budget.

Digital Marketing Manager

The Role:



Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, to grow profitability, brand awareness and customer engagement. Create and develop PPC, SEO and advertisement strategies to maximise ROI through KPI reporting. Maximise effectiveness of website functionality to drive lead generation, inbound contacts and sales opportunities. Develop close working relationships with key business partners to achieve marketing targets, in line with allocated marketing budget. Implement and analyse marketing campaigns performance. Prepare board packs demonstrating vision, performance and growth through marketing impact. Manage attractive marketing budget to grow business, ensuring maximum impact on spend. Oversee social media posts, mailshot and customer target, in line with identified customer demographic to grow business. Contribute and plan networking events and industry networking opportunities. Ensure a high collaboration with all departments to ensure marketing buy in, feedback and support. Understand marketing related trends and ability to capitalise on opportunities, quickly and effectively.

The Individual:



Degree educated in marketing. Proven experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role. Proficient with SEO, PPC, paid media and organic search. Understand demographics and marketing strategies. Desire to own a department and grow the company into marketing leading business in our sector. Ability to manage budgets, develop KPI's with strong monitoring or performance. Ability to produce presentation packs, takes a professional yet fun approach to brand awareness. Problem solver and positive attitude. Takes a solution-based approach to improving business. Desire to progress in career and work closely with all members of the team, including the Board.
