Opportunity to join a fast growing fuel company based in the South West. Established in 1985 Western Fuel is an independent local oil distribution company. Western Fuel is now one of the South West's leading, independent fuel supply businesses.

We are now looking to hire a talented Marketing Manager to help us on the next phase of growth.

What You Will Bring?

A forward thinking mindset; a positive attitude; energy and enthusiasm An appetite for getting stuff done, with experience working in a busy marketing function Strong attention to detail, data-driven and strong on reporting You'll ideally have 5 years plus experience working in a fast-growing / scaling B2C or e-Commerce company Proficiency in marketing tools such as email platforms, shopping carts, Content Management Systems (CMS) Experience with funnel or cart optimization, and running effective email campaigns would be valuable.

What You Will Do?

You'll support the marketing function bringing your expertise to bear across a range of different deliverables. You'll be data driven and will be constantly seeking out opportunities to improve performance via funnel optimisation or site optimisation You'll help set up and run effective email campaigns based on segmented user behaviour You'll help manage external agencies supporting disparate activities like paid acquisition You'll generate reports accompanied by insights, analysis and recommendations You'll be a self-starter, happy to operate autonomously and comfortable prioritizing and working to deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Creating and managing marketing campaigns Funnel optimization Increasing site traffic via a mix of techniques from SEO to directory listings to local campaigns Supporting lead generation efforts Reporting with a particular emphasis on providing actionable insights Helping increase brand awareness in the geographies we operate

What You Will Get?
