ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team at Professionals at Play. You'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end digital experience for our customers - from ad campaigns and customer journeys to data and website optimisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on improving performance, delivering results, and making every digital touchpoint count.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Advertising
Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and other ad platforms such as LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-performing acquisition, awareness, and retargeting campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation and growth.
Customer Touchpoint Management
Manage and refine CRM journeys and automations via Airship, focusing on improving engagement and conversion.
Oversee all digital guest touchpoints including Google My Business, Wireless Social, TOGO booking flow, Wi-Fi journeys, and in-venue Pops.
Own the website content and performance, ensuring pages are optimised for SEO, clear UX, and fast loading (WordPress-based).
Maintain and evolve customer support automation, including chatbot integrations on web, Facebook, and Instagram.
Performance & Insight
Analyse and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Monitor digital behaviour trends and provide insight to help the team react quickly to customer needs.
Build and present monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights across all digital KPIs
Campaign & Project Support
Contribute to the delivery of digital marketing campaigns as part of wider brand initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with our marketing, operations, and tech teams to support campaign rollouts and digital improvements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Solid working knowledge of Airship, Google Suite, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
Confident using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with customer journey automation and conversion optimisation

37.5 Hours Monday - Friday
Working from Head Office based in LS16
