A brand new role in the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating leads via a range of digital channels, including PPC, paid social and the website.

The ideal candidate
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience of the UK property investment market is an advantage
Experience of using HubSpot is an advantage
Experience of managing outsourced agencies
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
Experience of Google and Bing platforms
Proficient in Meta Business Manager
Proficient in Google analytics
Proficient in creating UTM parameters to track campaigns
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and specifically paid channels
Demonstrated experience in search and display marketing
Demonstrated understanding of SEO
Used to forecasting, setting and managing paid digital budgets for campaigns
The ability to take top level campaign messaging and role that out to campaigns
Experience working with and collaborating with an in-house marketing team
Experience of performance marketing and generating leads for a sales team
Used to reporting on marketing activity in-line with ROI and measuring activity
A strong collaborative team player mentality
The ability to report to non-marketing and non-technical stakeholders
Roles & responsibilities
Ownership of the companies PPC accounts
Ownership of the companies Paid Social accounts
Management of the companies external SEO agency
Lead on the paid digital strategy in-line with BAU and launches
Formulate and put forward campaign ideas based on the overall strategy
Represent the digital marketing channels within the marketing team
Reporting effectiveness of marketing campaigns and updates to the the team
Create campaigns to attract new leads at every stage of the sales funnel
Ensure the customer journey is optimised at every stage of the process - including ads, creative, landing pages and post sign-up journeys
Work with the in-house marketing team and external agencies on creatives
Work with the in-house CRM manager on effective retargeting campaigns and look-a-like campaigns
Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on paid digital activities, results, and return on investment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
