Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead the strategic growth of our online presence, with a clear focus on growing e-commerce revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers through targeted email and social media campaigns, optimising online marketplace presence and supporting the retention of key wholesale accounts. This cross-functional role blends digital marketing and sales execution to drive measurable business performance. The ideal candidate would be highly sales-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a strong drive to convert digital strategies into measurable revenue growth.

The base salary for this role will vary depending on the successful applicant's experience and skill level, and includes a performance-based sales bonus. While we welcome applications from graduates and those with less experience, we strongly encourage seasoned digital marketers and e-commerce professionals to apply, as remuneration packages can be tailored to reflect significant expertise.

Key Responsibilities:



E-commerce Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value. Identify new opportunities for online revenue growth including product development, subscriptions, and marketplace expansion. Manage the daily operations of the Shopify store, including product management, UX optimisation, front end design updates and overall site performance. Conduct A/B testing to refine page layouts, CTAs, and user journeys.

Email Marketing



Lead the email marketing strategy using platforms like Omnisend, including lifecycle campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement, etc.). Design and build visually engaging, brand-aligned email assets using Adobe Photoshop and or Illustrator. Analyse performance data and continuously optimise campaigns to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.

Social Media & Content Strategy



Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Shoot and edit still and moving content for use across various social platforms. Design social assets (posts, stories, reels, ads) using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom etc). Track campaign performance and use insights to optimize creative direction and spend.

Marketplace Management



Oversee third-party marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Faire, Etsy), ensuring strong brand representation and performance. Optimise listings with compelling product descriptions, photography, and visual assets. Monitor customer reviews and maintain high service standards.

Digital Design & Branding



Lead digital design execution across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Create engaging promotional graphics, digital, website, and packaging assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Support internal teams with design needs, including sales collateral, presentations, and printed materials when necessary.

Wholesale & B2B Engagement



Develop and execute digital retention strategies for wholesale and B2B clients. Design and deliver tailored email communications and reorder campaigns. Produce promotional POS assets for use across our wholesale customer network. Maintain CRM systems to identify high-value accounts and engagement opportunities.

Qualifications:



3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Proven success managing DTC and B2B digital channels. Proficiency in Shopify, Omnisend, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital tools. Highly skilled across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) for digital content creation. Comfortable producing and editing content for a variety of different media. Strong visual storytelling and branding ability, with an eye for clean, compelling design. Analytical and data-driven, with a strong grasp of performance marketing and sales metrics. Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.

Pay: 28,000.00-100,000.00 per year
