We are a market leading, growing company within the tenant referencing arena, seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team. We are looking for a team player who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, who knows how to best use a CRM, CMS, Google Analytics and who can implement first-rate digital marketing strategies as well as deliver with a hands on approach.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses. You will work alongside the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Designers, and Content Executives to deliver and develop the businesses marketing strategy to drive growth. This will be a hands-on, busy role that will require lots of enthusiasm, the ability to multi-task as well as someone who can hit the ground running.

You will be responsible for leading on a range of digital projects, new builds, site migrations and have ownership over all websites, quote and buy sites and portals. The business has multiple brands and will require adapting strategies to target different audiences and working with different stakeholders to achieve results.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Establish and lead the implementation of the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities, search, conversion rate optimisation, data and analytics, SEO, PPC, to support future business growth.
  • Work alongside senior stakeholders and other departments to establish a best-of-breed approach to the use of marketing technology that aligns with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s broader digital, offline, and brand marketing strategy and efforts.
  • Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimisation, lead generation, and conversion. Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (traffic, CPA, CVR)
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the longer-term data and analytics capability, in consultation with the relevant marketing and business leaders.
  • Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to the use of digital marketing agencies.
  • Work with UX team and developers to constantly fine-tune and optimise user journeys to deliver high-volume conversion rates.
  • Understand and implement core strategies based on the capabilities of enterprise-level CMS platforms such as Sitecore and open source CMS such as WordPress.
  • Develop marketing automation and lead management processes, nurturing consumer journeys to convert and manage new acquisitions and existing customers.
  • Manage the digital team, provide feedback on opportunities to develop, set objectives and hold annual appraisals. Refine and implement new processes whilst working alongside other team members to hit organisational goals and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in implementing and working with marketing technology such as SEMrush, Moz, Redeye, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Hubspot, CMS such as Sitecore, Wordpress, Silverstripe
  • Experience in the implementation of data and analytics strategies and customer journey conversion.
  • Experience in lead generation and acquisition strategies, ideally in Financial or Professional Services.
  • Experience in leading teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 including sales, customer services, product, brand, and technology.
  • Ability to multitask on projects with effective organisation and management of own time to ensure all work is delivered to scope and on time. Effective strategic planning ability to align with business objectives
  • Excellent communication skills and strong people management experience
  • Able to think strategically, analytically and creatively break down problems and find solutions
  • Experience with A/B testing and strong knowledge of UX design principles to enhance online buying journeys.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and agencies to ensure the delivery of compliant digital campaigns and strategies which are in line with pre-agreed budgets
  • Working closely and managing digital / marketing agencies to ensure collaborative relationships which result in a quality outcomes and ROI

Strong experience of people management with the ability to manage, train and develop a team

7 plus years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a digital marketing role with proven ability to deliver results, manage multiple sites and plan strategically

Financial services / insurance sector experience
