Job Overview:





The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This role includes overseeing the management of our website and marketing technology stack, with a particular focus on HubSpot, ensuring that all tools are effectively utilized to drive results, as well as drive all digital strategies as they relate to marketing best practice.




Key Responsibilities:




Website management: Own our website strategy, from day-to-day changes to longer strategic projects.

Digital strategy execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, website best practice, content marketing, webinars, email marketing and social media.

Tech stack management: Oversee the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Monday.com, ON24, analytics tools, and content management systems. Ensure all tools are integrated and utilized effectively to optimize marketing performance.

Campaign management: Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs and drive ROI.

Data analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website and campaign performance, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Lead generation: Implement lead generation strategies to optimize the customer experience at every touchpoint.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and other teams to ensure digital integration on messaging, product launches, and events.

Industry trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, making recommendations for new tools and tactics that can enhance our marketing efforts.

Marketing automations: Build and optimise workflows to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and campaign efficiency, across all channels.



Qualifications



Essential




5+ years of experience in digital marketing in the B2B technology space.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, LinkedIn advertising and targeting, email marketing and social media.

Experience managing marketing technology stacks (including HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, ON24)

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with web development and design principles.



Desirable



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven experience managing a CRM and contact database, including audience profiling and persona-based targeting, to support personalized marketing efforts.
