Digital Marketing Manager

to help deliver brilliant results for our clients.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of client delivery across multiple accounts. You'll be supported by the founder and a small team of virtual assistants who handle graphics, video editing, admin, and more - but you'll lead the strategy, communication, and marketing execution.

You don't need to be a specialist in everything, but you do need to be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and willing to learn fast.

It's important to note that this is hands-on, real-world digital marketing for small businesses who need results - sometimes in order to stay in business.

Some days will be messy. Clients change direction. Campaigns need urgent updates. You'll need to learn quickly, work independently, and take full responsibility for getting the job done.

But if you're someone who likes being trusted to get things done - and wants real, hands-on experience in marketing - this will be one of the most rewarding roles you'll find.

What You'll Do

Own the day-to-day marketing delivery for multiple client accounts Plan and schedule social media content (with support from our VAs) Review and optimise social media performance Research keywords and write SEO blog content Upload and optimise blog posts for search engines Write and schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Mailerlite or similar Help segment audiences and build email journeys Strategise and help execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Communicate with clients, send updates, and respond to requests Pull performance data and create monthly/quarterly reports (with support) Maintain and update spreadsheets and content calendars Brief the VA team on design/video tasks and oversee quality Continuously learn - we want you to become a true specialist in an area you're passionate about (SEO, email, paid ads, social, etc.)

About You

You don't need years of experience - but you do need to be motivated, and eager to learn. This is a fast-paced role with plenty of responsibility, so we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership and grow quickly.

You're someone who is:

What We're Offering

25k

per year salary

22 days holiday

Hybrid working

- working 5 days per week, with 3-4 days per week in a co-working space in Battersea

Working hours

- Standard hours are 9am-6pm, but flexibility is required during busy periods or when supporting client events that may take place in the evenings or on weekends.
