HLTH Group is a fast-growing organisation supporting health and social care providers across the UK. Our team includes former regulators, clinicians, and sector specialists who are passionate about improving care, driving quality, and helping services thrive. We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our content, campaigns, and digital presence as we continue to grow.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role covering digital marketing, content creation, social media, and event promotion. You'll take ownership of our content calendar, shape campaign strategies, and manage the day-to-day output across platforms. You'll work closely with our team to bring stories to life and ensure our brand remains clear, consistent, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging written and visual content - including blogs, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and brochures
Own the content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across channels
Collaborate with internal teams to showcase our work, people, and impact
Lead the promotion of in-person and virtual events, training days, and team activities
Track and report on performance using analytics tools, adapting strategies where needed
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and LinkedIn Ads
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Good eye for design and detail
Ideally a driver, with flexibility to travel to events and between offices when needed
Experience or interest in health, social care, or education is a bonus - but not essential
In return we are offering
30,000 - 35,000 per annum salary
Full-time, office-based role (Manchester or Preston)
