Onsite in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester
2 days a week, 9:30am to 2:30pm

We're looking for an experienced, strategic and creative Digital Marketer to lead our online growth. You'll take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, from paid ads to content performance, helping us scale awareness, drive sales and strengthen our position as a leader in the hair extension industry.

This is a part-time, onsite role, ideal for someone who wants to make a big impact in fewer hours. You'll work closely with the team to deliver campaigns that feel fresh, engaging and true to our brand. It's hands-on, fast-paced and perfect for someone confident in Meta and Google Ads who can turn data into results.

What you'll be doing

Creating and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Developing a digital marketing strategy that supports brand and business goals Planning campaigns around launches, promos, education and events Monitoring performance including ROAS, CTR and CPA, and making optimisations Taking full ownership of our email marketing- building campaigns and automations in Klaviyo and analysing results Reporting weekly with insights and recommendations Collaborating with our in-house creative and social team to keep messaging aligned Offering strategic direction while staying involved in daily execution

What we're looking for

4 to 5 years in digital marketing, ideally in beauty or hair Strong experience using

Klaviyo

for email marketing, flows and segmentation Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads Confident managing budgets, A/B testing and conversion tracking Creative mindset with a strong grip on performance marketing Analytical with an eye for visuals and messaging that convert A team player who's happy to take ownership and work independently Someone who understands the hair industry or is passionate about learning it
