If you're a hands-on digital marketer who wants to take ownership, build something meaningful, and grow with a business--this is your role.

You'll be the first in-house marketer across two growing businesses--Safeguard Systems and Safeguard Monitoring--helping us scale further with great content, digital campaigns, and proactive execution.

About Us - Safeguard Systems & Safeguard Monitoring

Safeguard Systems designs and installs high-end security systems for commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients--including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and more.

Safeguard Monitoring delivers 24/7 remote CCTV monitoring services, protecting critical sites in sectors like logistics, energy, education, and infrastructure.

Together, we help secure businesses and assets with smart, technology-driven solutions--and we're growing fast.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimise our two WordPress websites Run Google PPC campaigns and drive performance through SEO Create engaging case studies, blogs, brochures and other content Lead our LinkedIn marketing - grow brand awareness and reach Plan and produce basic in-house video content (or work with freelancers) Track and report on key metrics - website traffic, leads, SEO rankings, etc. Help shape the future of our marketing and build a team over time

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, content) Experience with video creation or management Confidence using WordPress, Google Ads, and basic editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut) Strong writing skills - you're comfortable crafting case studies, posts, landing pages A self-starter, doer, and problem-solver with a growth mindset
