As a digital team member, you will need to demonstrate that you are a genuine expert in digital marketing. You'll be a talented, motivated, and organised individual with the skills and desire to lead the delivery of world-class SEO, PPC, and strategic digital campaigns.


You will be responsible for leading, managing and executing world-class digital marketing strategies for our clients. This will include working with our account team to understand client objectives and recommending digital activities that fit into the wider account strategy. You will build relationships with clients to provide consultative digital support and create integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and the implementation of those strategies.


You will also be responsible for assisting with business development and for mentoring and training other team members where necessary.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to help clients achieve their objectives. Own large client digital activity, driving digital tactics forward and improving client results. Work with clients to develop email marketing and lead-nurturing processes, and implement recommendations to improve lead generation. Manage SEO, PPC, and paid LinkedIn campaigns, including auditing, optimising, reporting, and budget management. Analyse and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing consultative insights across tactics. Assist in the creation of client proposals and pitches for new business opportunities, showcasing expertise across digital tactics. Mentor junior team members and guide digital marketing best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to enhance client-facing consultations.

Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B agency setting Proficiency in SEO techniques, PPC advertising (particularly Google Ads), and B2B social media marketing Proven experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms Experience in ABM, lead nurturing and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) Strong understanding and experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio for reporting and performance analysis A background in creating digital marketing proposals and assisting with client pitches Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams with strong communication and presentation skills Understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing funnels
