What You'll Be Doing:

Campaign Management

Create, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media channels. Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building to improve organic search performance. Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns. Write persuasive ad copy, create landing pages, and optimise conversion paths. Run A/B testing and use data insights to drive continuous campaign improvements.

Strategy & Analysis

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business goals and objectives. Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics. Generate detailed reports with clear insights and recommendations for optimisation. Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI). Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for growth.

Product & Brand Development

Lead the digital marketing efforts for new product launches, from concept to execution. Drive brand awareness through digital channels. Create content strategies that improve online visibility and organic growth. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at lead nurturing and customer retention.

Technical Aspects

Set up and manage marketing automation systems, working closely with the tech team. Configure and optimise conversion tracking, re-marketing, and audience segments. Ensure the website's SEO performance is optimised for both search engines and user experience.
What You'll Need:

Experience & Skills

3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven results. Experience managing large PPC budgets and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO and experience in driving organic growth. Experience managing social media marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C. Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Knowledge

Advanced understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Business Manager. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and email marketing. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimisation.

Analytical mindset with a passion for working with data to drive decisions. Self-driven and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative thinker with a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution. Excellent communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
