About this opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to help develop and activate our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across Europe and Latin America (MELA). Within this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director on the development, coordination and implementation of the digital marketing strategy, as well as own email automation and social media. The goal is to drive awareness, perception and demand generation for the Ericsson brand in our region and support our local customer units (CUs) to deliver against our business objectives!

The ideal candidate understands the importance of a digital-first attitude and an integrated approach to marketing campaigns and activity. You will have proven experience in developing digital marketing strategies, content and customer experiences, working and aligning across multiple groups and functional business areas to deliver end-to-end digital campaigns across paid and organic social, paid media, web and email!

You\xe2\x80\x99ll lead and support the development and activation of our strategic campaign and operational programmes, with strong focus on automation and nurture, mapping content and defining user journeys and data capture.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate, complete, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns and always-on activities. Working with stakeholders and agencies on creating the right content in the right format, appropriate for the channel used.
  • Develop automated email campaigns, workflows and lead cultivating programs to engage prospects and customers at different stages of the buyer\'s journey. Monitor and analyze the performance of automated campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
  • Program owner of automation and lead cultivation - send automated drip campaigns, triggered emails, and personalized follow-ups based on lead behavior and stage in the buying cycle.
  • Explore use of data capture techniques, dynamic profiling and gating strategies to drive better segmentation and targeting for our lead cultivating efforts.
  • Drive and own paid and organic social media activity. Includes: insight, listening, social editorial calendar, content creation, scheduling and publishing, channel management, governance, reporting and standard process.
  • Define, coordinate and maintain a relevant content activation plan per quarter.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership in social media, staying on top of the latest features and standard methodologies and testing new functionalities. We welcome your creativity and ideas to try new things.
  • Be hands-on in the daily coordination and management of our regional Ericsson social media accounts - including managing and updating, proactively engaging with our audiences and influencers, managing our community - driving the agency and team members supporting the channels to activate to plan.
  • Collaborate and support External Comms team to activate editorial content, news, influencer activity and senior leadership social media content.
  • Collaborate and support Sales with social selling and drive employee advocacy program (external and internal platforms). Working with the Global team to develop the existing Employee Advocacy strategy and connected programs, such as executive social leadership, employee thought leadership and social selling.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Director and wider CUs with regular recommendations and insights regarding channel and audience optimization, process and innovation.
  • Build strong strategic relationships with our global and local marketing teams to align and implement the digital marketing strategy across our region.
  • Deliver reporting, dashboarding and automation, delivering regular and real-time insights to advise on better business decisions.
  • Embed standards of excellence with our digital marketing activity, ensuring all tactics follow appropriate UTM tagging strategies, naming conventions, governance and processes.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders on day-to-day operations and financial management including invoicing and POs, establishing standardized ways of working where relevant.
You will bring:
  • Experience working in digital marketing, including extensive knowledge of organic and paid social strategy, management and reporting.
  • Experience in a global/large organization, preferably within technology, services, software, mobile industry. Experience in B2B and practical knowledge of using social media platforms for B2B is preferable.
  • Keen eye for detail, a passion for digital and a good knowledge of knowing what type of content generates engagement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in paid social campaigns, including usage of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads Manager.
  • Thorough understanding and hands on experience of digital marketing tools (i.e. Hootsuite, Marketo, Google Analytics), platforms and channels.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and marketing performance metrics, especially social media metrics, and the ability to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Digital marketing and/or social media certification is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in global multi-national and virtual teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize workload and conflicting priorities.
  • Experience of working and managing external agencies.
  • Extremely analytical, with the ability to make data-based decisions and conclusions, understanding business complexities and developing simple and effective ways to support business goals.
  • The ability to make decisions under pressure, and delegate effectively.
  • Strong time leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience managing agencies and partners.
  • Growth mindset, learning is critical on this team, as social media changes daily.
