We are now in an exciting position to recruit a strategically minded, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is a pivotal time for us, marked by incredible growth, and in this key role, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver a holistic digital marketing strategy that supports our business goals and elevates our brand across multiple markets.


In this role, you'll be at the heart of shaping and delivering our digital marketing strategy whilst making sure everything we do is impactful, measurable, and aligned with our business goals.


You'll work closely with a range of talented teams including content, communications, creative and technical experts to bring integrated campaigns to life and continuously improve our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business and marcomms objectives Lead digital marketing activities within the marcomms team, ensuring integration across all digital channels to maximise reach and engagement. Manage and optimise the company website - launching in 2026 - overseeing analytics, reporting, and ensuring alignment with commercial goals. Drive CRM adoption and optimisation (Microsoft Dynamics), including email campaigns and journey mapping. Shape and execute the social media strategy, including paid media and content planning in collaboration with the marketing team. Optimise user journeys and lead conversion across digital channels, working closely with design and development teams. Set KPIs and monitor ROI for all digital activities, ensuring effective use of budget and measurable outcomes. Analyse data and provide regular reports with actionable insights for the marketing leadership and wider business. Collaborate with IT to ensure digital initiatives comply with GDPR and cyber security policies.

Skills & Experience:



Minimum 6 years' digital marketing experience with a proven track record, ideally within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Experience with CMS platforms and strong understanding of digital channels and delivering ROI - including CRM, PPC, SEO, social media, paid campaigns and email marketing. Demonstrable experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM), including planning, execution, and measurement of targeted campaigns to drive engagement and growth within key accounts. Proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager), reporting, and data-driven decision-making - translating insights into actionable strategies. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign experimentation, and continuous optimisation.

Qualifications & Attributes:



Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or similar are desirable. Collaborative mindset, analytical thinker, with attention to detail.
