The role:
This role will involve overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms to drive client engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and organic growth.
We are looking for someone who will work with the team to deliver a great client experience across digital channels to drive the organic growth of practices and will support VetPartners' online awareness and reputation across the UK and Ireland
You will lead a team of web designers, analytics, SEO and PPC executives in the UK, as well manage support agencies. You'll provide direction and support to the Digital teams and agencies across Europe to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team
Lead / coach / develop a team of 4
Work in close collaboration with the wider Marketing team, the Communication team and the Creative team
Provide direction and share and exchange best practices with countries Digital teams and agencies
Deliver great online user experience and strong visibility to practices supporting organic growth
Manage over 200 practice / business websites in the UK and Ireland
Optimize website effectiveness through analytics and SEO
Build new websites when required
Support practices growth through PPC
Provide direction, share and exchange best practice with the digital teams and agencies across our EU countries
Drive VetPartners awareness and reputation online
Manage of the corporate website (Group and countries)
Including optimization of content and functionalities
Manage the infrastructure and advance functionality and design
Manage the relationship with key agencies
Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the digital marketing tech stack
Partner with IT teams to translate business and marketing requirements while launching new functionality and tools as needed
Drive innovation
Regularly seek out knowledge and insights to improve and evolve the tech stack and processes
Who we're
looking for:
Several years' experience in leading digital marketing teams, strong understanding of digital tools and technologies
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads)
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience building websites (ideally on Word Press)
Skills/Qualifications:
Collaboration: across functions, ability to communicate and listen effectively and understand feedback
Communication: Great written and oral communication, presentation skills
Project management: strong attention to details and ability to push complex projects through via coordinating various teams, checking and validating throughout the process for excellence in execution
Management experience and strong team player
Analytical and problem-solving: ability to use data to gain insights and drive decisions
