Mission

The Mortgage Broker has the makings of a market leading digital footprint. The mission here is to work closely with the CEO, and the SEO and AI implementation plan and run the SEO engine that delivers high?quality organic enquiries.We require PPC expertise whilst we use it, but ultimately, we are winding down our reliance on that whilst we make our content AI discoverable. Our UK wide team will require a UK wide footprint, but with geographical locations and brand targeting, we have opportunities to achieve excellent local SEO results.

Core responsibilities

1) SEO strategy & delivery

Own the SEO roadmap and cadence Build AI?friendly page templates
2) Local SEO & GBP excellence

NAP audit & correction across all directories; Launch

location pages

Design the

internal linking

Manage our N8N Automation and AI delivery of content across pages and blogs.
4) WordPress ownership (no passengers) - NO CODING REQUIRED.

Own theme/layout decisions, block patterns/templates, ACF/CPTs, performance (caching, CDN),

Core Web Vitals

and

INP

. Manage SEO plugins and schema tooling; govern redirects, canonicals, robots, sitemaps, and error budgets. Implement event & conversion tracking with

GTM

/

GA4

and

Looker Studio

dashboards.
5) Manage Google Analytics and Core Data Reporting

6) Strategic Projects

Oversee launch of two new websites across two brands Launch of AI Digital Offering Take a lead across all online exposure across the business.
Must Have's:

Link Building Experience and Knowledge of new Landscape PPC Knowledge Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Console and other online Tools AhRefs preferable as we use it

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 7.5 - 23 per week
