Digital Marketing Executive
to lead our online marketing efforts across Google, Meta, SEO, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid advertising, content creation, analytics, and digital strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (PPC)
Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok.
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and maximise ROI.
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
SEO & Website Optimisation
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Optimise website content, metadata, and landing pages for performance.
Conduct SEO audits and recommend technical improvements.
Monitor website analytics and user behaviour to improve conversions.
Content Creation
Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Design graphics, visuals, short videos, and marketing materials.
Write compelling captions, blog posts, landing page content, and ad copy.
Work with the team to develop marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across all platforms.
Increase engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries professionally.
Analyse performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Lead Generation & CRM
Use targeted campaigns to increase inbound enquiries and qualified leads.
Track leads and conversions using CRM systems (training provided).
Provide analysis on lead quality and conversion performance.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in digital marketing, PPC, or content creation.
Strong experience with
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and/or
YouTube advertising
.
Practical knowledge of
SEO best practices
and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Strong creative skills for content design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) is an advantage.
Excellent writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
Ability to analyse data, optimise campaigns, and generate clear reports.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
