Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist on a permanent basis, located in Aberdeen.

ROLE

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing and communication activities across our global locations, with a key focus on CRM and Digital Marketing (DM). Responsibilities include, but not limited to, developing and implementing the company DM strategy, managing CRM prospecting platforms (SalesForce, HubSpot and Lead Link Generation); creating & managing digital marketing campaigns; measuring impact and analytics; social media; brand management; creating content and technology journey management; proofreading; design support, and event management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and administrative responsibility for CRM prospecting platforms (SalesForce, HubSpot, Lead Link Generation and others as required) and associated marketing activities
  • Identify digital marketing opportunities, suggesting and develop applicable content
  • Support the Marketing team with all activities
  • Support team members across the globe with their CRM campaigns, DM materials, measuring impact and guiding on future steps
  • Measure and report on all marketing activities utilizing CRM system functionality and other analytic systems as appropriate
  • Project manage specific marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist with the social media posts and website changes, always thinking in a creative, captivating way, while also ensuring search engine optimization and analysis considered
  • Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials, including event materials, technical documents, articles, presentations, templates, themes and storyboards.
  • Update and maintain CRM system in relation to marketing materials, contacts, and data analysis
  • Where requested, undertake market research and report on key markets
  • Assist with the organisation of event and conference attendance
  • Other marketing activities as required
REQUIREMENTS

Essential:
  • Degree qualification or equivalent in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Marketing with Design
  • Certification in HubSpot Marketing
Essential:
  • Demonstrated experience of Digital Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in HubSpot Marketing
  • Demonstrated understanding and has a passion for the area of digital marketing and communications, in particular:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Content Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Native Advertising
  • Marketing Automation
  • Email Marketing
  • Inbound Marketing
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Demonstrated measurable impact from marketing activities
  • Demonstrated understanding and use of digital analytics,
  • Ability to assess digital marketing performance then develop and implement improvement plans
  • Able to analyse data, write reports, and create plans
  • Highly organised, capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
  • Creative, personable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a team as well as delivering projects on own initiative
  • Have strong work ethic, and be able to work remotely without impacting output
Preferred:
  • Experience in oilfield technologies especially completions and/or drilling techniques.
  • Experience of CRM SalesForce orgs.
