We seek a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the growth of our ingredient solutions. Core Responsibilities:

Execute regional digital marketing plan

  • Execute digital marketing plans tailored to Ingredion objectives and target audiences
  • Bring ideas to enhance our user journey and overall experience across all of our digital touchpoints
  • Implement region-focused demand generation tactics, including landing pages, webinars, and gated content
  • Support and promote our participation in trade shows and industry events. This includes pre-event promotion, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
Management of digital communications channels
  • Manage and optimize web content for search engines (SEO/SEM) and manage paid ad campaigns for increased traffic and lead generation.
  • Collaborating with our global demand generation team, create and manage e-mail campaigns for lead nurturing and client engagement
  • Maintain and grow our B2B social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports for strategy refinement.
Stakeholder management
  • Align marketing efforts in close collaboration with various stakeholders:
a) internal: global digital team, marketing communications, strategic category marketers, sales team,

b) external: agencies.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent (ideally in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing)
  • Work experience in a digital marketing role, either within a multinational company or in an agency
  • Strong digital marketing communications and social media marketing skills. Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Experience of working on multiple projects and with multiple teams
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable requirements:
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Salesforce SEO tools, marketing automation platforms such as Pardot and social media management tools
  • Knowledge of Twitter and/or Instagram platforms
  • Experience with HTML and other digital technologies such as creative and development software.
