Digital Marketing Specialist in Crawley
Newstaff Employment is hiring a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join a thriving business based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing all-rounder with a flair for content creation, SEO, and brand management to play a key role in a multi-brand environment. Youll be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working on a wide range of engaging marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily content for multiple brands across all social media platforms
• Schedule posts, analyse performance, report insights, and manage engagement
• Respond to customer enquiries and comments on social platforms
• Write engaging, SEO-optimised copy for blogs, websites, and campaigns
• Manage and maintain e-commerce websites via WordPress and WooCommerce
• Upload products, update content, create new pages, and optimise performance
• Monitor traffic and engagement using Google Analytics and propose improvements
• Create and send email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor brand positioning
• Assist with social media campaigns and content planning
• Capture product photography, edit images, and assist with graphic design
• Support team with photoshoots, content creation, event support, and marketing materials

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong writing and proofreading abilities
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and digital trends
• Proven experience managing social media content and campaigns
• Proficiency in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Basic video editing and photography skills
• Understanding of SEO and experience with keyword research
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working in a multi-brand environment
• Proactive team player who can also work independently
