Role
Content creation, planning, scheduling for social media and customer communications. To drive online presence and build brand awareness across digital channels. Execute, and optimize online campaigns. Experience in planning, delivery and analysis with ability to recommend data-driven strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation flows.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Manage and optimize SEO to improve website visibility and rankings.
Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) --optimize budgets, targeting, and creative assets.
Track and analyse key performance indicators with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign performance summary with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing,
Proven Experience as a Social Media content creator
2-4 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media ads, and email marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, to convey brand voice with authenticity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
Certifications in Google Ads,
Experience with WordPress
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate strategies.
