What You Will Do
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be hands-on across all things digital, working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver outstanding results.
Paid Advertising - Run and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with a focus on driving bookings, footfall, loyalty and online sales.
Local Presence - Manage and update Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple venues and brands to maximise visibility.
CRM & Email - Build, segment, and execute campaigns through SevenRooms CRM, ensuring communications drive engagement, bookings, and repeat visits.
Website & Content - Keep websites fresh with regular updates, SEO-friendly content, and on-brand messaging across WordPress.
Analytics & Reporting - Monitor performance in GA4, produce actionable insights and track ROI on all digital campaigns against core KPIs.
Online Reputation Management - Monitor and support management of reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, and other platforms.
Social Support - Collaborate with the team on content scheduling, paid social boosting, and performance analysis.
Trendspotting - Stay ahead of digital trends in hospitality, retail, and lifestyle marketing, with a curiosity for testing emerging platforms like TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Content Creation - Write and adapt copy for ads, emails, and web pages.
Photography, design, or video-editing skills are a plus but not required.
What We Are Looking For
We need a digitally-savvy, detail-driven marketer with a proven track record of delivering results. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
2-3 years experience in a digital marketing role (hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brand experience preferred) - but if you are confident about all things digital don't hesitate to apply!
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, GA4, and analytics platforms.
Experience using CRM systems (knowledge of SevenRooms is a plus).
Strong skills in campaign optimisation, reporting, and performance tracking.
Understanding of hospitality KPIs like bookings, covers, loyalty, footfall, and online reputation.
A creative eye and the ability to write engaging, on-brand content.
Confidence managing multiple brands and locations.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and tools, with curiosity for testing new platforms.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for hospitality and lifestyle marketing.
