Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. B2B experience is essential.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, email marketing, and social media. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Manage Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and drive targeted traffic. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters. Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to derive insights and optimise future strategies. Oversee the the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. Demonstrate leadership in managing projects from conception through execution while adhering to deadlines.

Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects effectively. Proficient in SEO techniques and tools for optimising website performance. Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for graphic design tasks. Experience with WordPress for website management and content updates. Knowledge of Google Ads for paid advertising strategies. Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance metrics. Proficient in copywriting to create compelling marketing content. Experience in social media management across various platforms. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and user behaviour. Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies tailored to business clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint for presentations. Understanding of IT concepts relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional organisational skills to maintain order amidst multiple projects.
