We are now looking for a technically minded Digital Marketing & Web Administrator focused on website upkeep, SEO implementation, and product optimisation. This role will suit someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure our websites and products run efficiently and perform well.
You will collaborate closely with our SEO specialist and wider digital team to keep websites up to date, search-friendly, and continuously improving. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focusing on website updates, product listings, technical performance, and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Technical Administration

+ Support the day-to-day performance and functionality of multiple websites
+ Regularly update and optimise product listings (descriptions, imagery, metadata, pricing) to improve visibility and user experience
+ Use tools like PageSpeed Insights to monitor and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall UX
+ Upload and update content using CMS platforms (OpenCart experience is ideal)
+ Perform routine technical checks to maintain site health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer journey

SEO Support & Optimisation

+ Assist in implementing on-page SEO practices including metadata, headings, schema markup, and internal linking
+ Work alongside the SEO specialist and external consultant on keyword research, competitor audits, and SEO improvements
+ Help identify and fix crawl issues, broken links, redirects, and other technical SEO issues
+ Monitor site performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
+ Basic familiarity with HTML (not essential)

Performance Tracking & Insights

Use analytics tools (Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog) to track key website metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, product views, and conversions Contribute to regular performance reports, highlighting areas for optimisation Support A/B testing and analysis of product and landing page performance

Task Coordination & Campaign Support

+ Assist in the rollout of seasonal updates, marketing campaigns, and promotions from a website perspectivBuild and update landing pages and product categories aligned with campaign needs + Use ClickUp to manage and track web-related tasks across multiple brands

What y

ou will

+ Experience in a digital marketing or website admin role with hands-on CMS and SEO involvement + Solid understanding of on-page SEO and product optimisation techniques
+ Comfortable using GA4, Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Ahrefs, NeuronWriter or similar tools
+ Familiarity with CMS platforms such as OpenCart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
+ Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple projects and product lines
+ Collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
+ Proactive, problem-solving attitude with effective communication skills
