As a Digital Performance Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our paid search strategy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Performance Marketing, you'll manage day-to-day operations, optimize campaigns across global search engines, and lead testing and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Digital Performance Marketing across all relevant paid search channels and platforms. Own and monitor monthly and weekly budget pacing, optimizing regional budget allocation. Serve as the primary liaison with site and trading teams to report on performance and communicate short- and mid-term action plans. Collaborate closely with peers and leads to ensure alignment of operations across LUXEXPERIENCE brands; facilitate workshops to standardize paid search structures, logic, and processes across brands and account setups. Lead strategic testing initiatives aimed at improving ROAS, customer and audience segmentation, revenue growth, and more. Partner with data analytics and insights teams to identify and implement signal ingestion opportunities, particularly related to product feeds. Manage relationships with external agencies in specific markets to drive effective campaign execution. Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and professional growth. Oversee team priorities, balancing immediate business needs with long-term strategic goals. Accelerate testing and learning cycles to ensure all decisions are data-driven. Ensure paid search accounts are optimally configured to drive operational efficiency for the team. Work with the team to identify site enhancement opportunities that inform the product roadmap. Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational principles and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Strong team leader with 7+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience, with deep knowledge of search engine advertising products, features, settings, and optimization strategies. Client-side experience is preferred; strong candidates from agency backgrounds will also be considered. Proficient in bidding strategies and attribution tools, with the ability to optimize campaigns accordingly. Strong understanding and experience with Google Merchant Center (GMC) and product feed management is highly desirable. Proven track record in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid search accounts across multiple search engines. Detail-oriented and analytically strong; capable of interpreting data, drawing insights, and making actionable recommendations. Flexible and adaptable, able to pivot with shifting priorities to meet evolving business objectives. Results-driven with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on metrics and outcomes. Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box to develop innovative solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and management skills with a collaborative, positive attitude; enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and ideas. Solid general understanding of, and passion for, digital marketing and media across channels.
