About the role

John Lewis Financial Services is divided into the Global Credit & Banking value stream and the Insurance value stream, that this role will sit within. The Digital Producer is responsible for publishing all content on the John Lewis Finance website that includes our insurance, Partnership Card, foreign currency and loans products. You will be responsible for editing and uploading existing content, creating new pages based on wireframes, copy decks and content briefs. You will ensure that all marketing activity on the site is up-to-date and adheres to brand guidelines.

Salary range -

35,000.00 - 55,400.00

Contract type -

Fixed term until May 2026

Working pattern/flexible working -

The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims to be in the office once a week to collaborate.

Key responsibilities



Be the principle resource for page creation, template changes on the sites within Contentful (CMS) Check new content and seek appropriate sign-off of updates before liaising with the Web Editor and Optimisation Manager to put live, while ensuring all alterations have been approved by relevant 3rd party provider' compliance teams Responsible for quality of the site ensuring editorial is up-do-date and Brand Guidelines are vigorously applied Responsible for new site or section launches, final deliver and hand-off Conduct regular site audits for consistency of page layout, use of fonts, navigation etc and action any required changes Work with the Optimisation Manager on initiatives to increase conversion rates and run Test programmes Responsibility for Asset management within the CMS, file taxonomy and maintenance Product CMS support, including creation of supporting documentation. Offer training and support. Recommend / communicate on user issues and CMS improvements

Essential skills/experience you'll need



Expert knowledge as a Contentful end-user or similar content management systems Demonstrated experience working in the online environment Understanding of current best practice on User Experience and page layouts Strong communication and proof- reading skills Used to working in large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders Able to manage own workload with minimum supervision
